We cannot accept cancellations on items once sold, since each item is personalized and has been created especially for you. However, if the item has reached you in a damaged state, please contact us on our Customer Service numbers.
Return Policy for damaged items:
In the event that you have received the ordered item(s) in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please email us at email@example.com and clearly mention your Order ID. We will respond to you within 24 hours and after inspection replace the product.
Please ensure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you return the item(s).
For all returns the shipping cost of returning item shall be borne by the Customer.
Any item(s) that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product shall not be eligible for return or replacement.
